Who are we looking for_x000D_
We are looking for a capable and experienced "Planner for the implementation of TZB projects for family houses". For us, the ideal candidate is a person with excellent organizational skills, the ability to bring projects to a successful conclusion, and especially someone for whom customer satisfaction comes first._x000D_
Your task will be the planning, coordination and management of projects for the realization of TZB family houses from the calculation phase to completion and commissioning. You will be the main point of communication for our customer from the moment of signing the contract to the moment of signing the handover protocol. Your responsibility will thus include the coordination of the entire course of the order, from the request for construction readiness, arranging the installation date with our technicians to checking the bill._x000D_
We need perfect communication from you, the ability to quickly react to sudden situations and an extreme interest in client satisfaction._x000D_
You will be responsible for regularly checking the status of the project, solving any problems and coordinating the necessary changes and modifications._x000D_
You will also be required to continuously maintain the flow of information in the company's CRM and the technician's calendar._x000D_
You will cooperate mainly with our projection department, assembly technicians and salespeople._x000D_
Your main priority will be ensuring compliance with the schedule, budget and quality of work within the assigned projects._x000D_
Your experience_x000D_
SÅ / VÅ education in the field of TZB, construction, electrical engineering or a related field._x000D_
Minimum of 2 years of experience with construction management, experience with TZB project management a big advantage._x000D_
Ability to participate in project documentation._x000D_
Knowledge of electrical equipment used in building installations is an advantage._x000D_
Ability to effectively plan, organize and manage projects with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets._x000D_
Excellent communication and organizational skills._x000D_
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently._x000D_
Initiative personality, systematic approach._x000D_
Analytical and conceptual thinking, attention to detail and completion of activities and projects._x000D_
