E-shop customer care, clerk, storekeeper

Our business is expanding to all corners of Europe. We are looking for a new reinforcement for the team that processes orders and communicates with clients throughout the EU. We have been engaged in wholesale and retail sales of car services since 2011. We export to 15 EU countries. This year, we are expecting expansion into other EU countries and therefore we are recruiting for the position:_x000D_

What awaits you:_x000D_
Complete handling of eshop orders._x000D_
Complete receipt and delivery of goods and their packaging._x000D_
Handling packages and loads up to approx. 30 Kg. Handling pallets._x000D_
Warehouse supervision (inventories and sorting)._x000D_
Daily work with customers - telephone consultation, daily contact with suppliers and carriers._x000D_
Invoicing of goods and services, product photography, creation of credit notes, sales and receipts._x000D_
Perfect knowledge of the product range after implementation - the ability to give advice on the help line._x000D_
Basics of accounting operations in the POHODA system._x000D_
Handling emails and inquiries from clients in CZ, AJ._x000D_
Product upsale in B2C and client acquisition in B2B._x000D_
Working hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. With the possibility of a flexible start +-1h._x000D_
What knowledge and skills should you have:_x000D_
You have completed min. With education._x000D_
You have good knowledge of working with a PC (MS Office (Excel, Word). The Pohoda program is an advantage._x000D_
You have experience working in a warehouse, or with packaging goods._x000D_
You are responsible, flexible, independent and eager to learn new things._x000D_
You are a team player and you know how to deal with people._x000D_
You can manage stressful situations and plan your priorities and daily schedule._x000D_
You have experience with accounting programs. You are familiar with words such as receipt, delivery note and delivery note._x000D_
You can communicate fluently in AJ, PL is an advantage._x000D_
