For our factory in Nis, we need:

CAD Engineer
 

The person in the position of CAD Engineer will be responsible for the design, development and refinement of 3D models and assemblies, the creation of 3D models based on 2D documentation or samples, as well as the construction of various types of tools. Also, responsibilities include creating product presentations in appropriate software as well as supporting CAM engineers and production in product development.

Responsibilities:

Design, development and refinement of 3D models and assemblies, including detailed accompanying 2D documentation.

Designing parts and assemblies according to the requirements of products, semi-products or assemblies to which they belong

Interaction with internal and external clients in order to obtain input information for the project as well as for its improvement and development

Creation of 3D models based on 2D documentation.

Creation of 3D models based on the sample.

Construction of tools for thermoforming, plastic injection, stamping, etc.

Creation of product presentations in appropriate software (pdf, excel, ppt), rendering

Support CAM engineers and production in product development

Candidate profile:

VI or VII degree of vocational qualification in technical direction as the minimum requirement of the required level of education

Previous work experience in similar positions for at least one year is desirable

Knowledge and experience in working with SolidWorks software.

Experience in designing 3D models based on customer requirements.

Experience in designing tools for thermoforming, plastic injection, stamping and the like

Experience in selecting appropriate materials for the manufacture of various types of products

Knowledge of standards related to the design and construction of products and tools.

Ability to quickly adapt and make decisions, as well as strong communication skills

Strong sense of responsibility and excellent technical understanding
