Direct and manage construction sites, working closely with teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely completion. Supervise and mentor project teams, providing expert advice and ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules. Enforce quality control measures to meet design criteria, safety regulations, and industry standards. Handle all technical documentation, including detailed plans, progress reports, and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Manage project budgets and financials, ensuring cost-effective practices and alignment with financial objectives. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you need to have the following skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with substantial experience in project management and site supervision. Demonstrated success in leading complex construction projects and managing large teams. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in engineering software and project management tools. Deep understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
