Job Description
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for processing and invoicing orders received from the sales team, ensuring that all information is correct and complete in accordance with customer requirements and company procedures. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are correct recorded in the system and that any changes or clarifications are managed efficiently. You will maintain constant communication with customers to answer questions related to invoices, deliveries or payments, providing quick and efficient solutions to any concerns or problems that arise. You will work closely with internal logistics, sales, finance and procurement departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. You will track the status of payments and collaborate with the finance department to ensure payments are made on time, carefully managing any delays. Management of the recovery process of unpaid debts, through collaboration with the sales team. You will evaluate and analyze the workflows and internal processes within the company to identify weak points or blockages that affect the customer experience and you will actively contribute to the process of improving them; You will identify redundant steps, inefficiencies or gaps between the departments involved in the delivery products. You will collaborate with the IT team to integrate technological solutions that support the optimization of processes between departments (ex: CRM, ERP). Requirements: Higher economic studies Minimum experience of 2 years in the field of customer service or in a similar position, preferably in a distribution company. Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Excel Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken). Excellent communication and relationship skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. The ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems that arise.
