Place of work - Niš

Your duties:

Creation of a loading plan and loading schedule by vehicle

Preparation of documentation for loading and delivery of goods

Preparation of documentation for vehicle shipment

Contact with customers, partners and GW branches regarding the status of the shipment

Coordination with customers, drivers, forwarders and other services within the company

Processing and sending loading orders to carriers

Status monitoring - execution of orders issued to carriers

Participation in the creation of statistical reports

Control and settlement of orders

Postponement of completed positions/subjects

Participation in receiving and resolving complaints

Carrying out work and tasks of other employees within the department in case of need

Responsibility for the necessary equipment and certificates or special vehicles when transporting goods for which a special regime is required (ADR goods, goods on a special thermal regime, etc.)

Responsibility for combining goods on the same transport unit - not to combine goods whose combination is prohibited (ADR goods and food, etc.)

Responsibility for compliance with customs regulations (when transporting goods under a customs escort) and other official regulations and laws of the Republic of Serbia

Your profile:

Previous work experience in the organization of domestic or international transport

Knowledge of MS office package
