Engineering Manager (Pharma)

Overseeing the management, organize the new projects conducted on the company’s premises as well as supervise the construction of the new Facilities Review the studies (i.e. MEP, Clean Room) and be in daily contact with the relevant consultants. Selection with the top management and other departments for the appropriate systems (i.e. the Production equipment/Utilities) Responsible for the smooth installation, commissioning and operation of the Production equipment/Utilities. Participate in FAT/SAT testing of the Production equipment/Utilities. Works closely with supervisors and employees from other departments to ensure effective implementation of tasks/works related to their area of responsibility. Manages, creates, and maintains Mechanical/Electrical plans for the company’s facilities/utilities and production systems, adhering to industry standards, scientific principles, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Supports the technical department with new projects and in equipment maintenance processes for the factory. Develops, manages, and enforces HSE procedures in accordance with current legislation and ISO standards. Delivers training in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures. Overview the conduction of the Qualification testing (Installation, Operation, Performance) for new and existing Production/Packaging equipment and preparing the necessary protocols and result reports. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or maintenance department within an industrial setting (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field). Proficiency in AutoCAD design software. Previous experience in project management and supervision of construction. Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and clean room design. Previous experience in developing relevant procedures, protocols, and reports. Excellent command of the English language. Strong computer skills.
