Store,
we are looking for
Floor Sales Manager SALES COORD_0225
Reporting to the
Sales Manager
you will be responsible and accountable for the shopkeepers reporting to you,
Achieving the sales & profitability budget set by the Sales Manager for the departments of your responsibility
Steering towards maximizing all commercial KPIs of the departments of your responsibility
Ensuring the best possible customer service having customers in focus as your first priority
Controlling, steering and following up all operating costs and P&L elements related to your areas of responsibility
Knowing your local market potential and ensure your store is locally relevant
Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives and implementing the actions agreed to improve improve the 4-axis index of the Engagement Survey (Safety-Meritocracy-Respect-Development). 4 axis index.
Securing that each area you are responsible for, is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers during all opening hours
Qualifications and Competences Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
Good people management skills and team-oriented personality
Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem-solving skills
Commercial Thinking
Customer Focus
Good planning and organizational skills
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and numerical abilities
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Very good command of the Greek & English language
Good knowledge of Ms Office
Qualifications considered as an asset:
Knowledge of Microsoft Navision
Post Graduate degree in Management
