is looking for a passionate
Front Office Team Leader
to join the
Elix
hotel team for 2025 in Perdika, Thesprotia.
Supervise the operations & SOPs of reception, guest relations, porters & doorman team
Support all the shifts
Deal with customers and handle complaints
Meet guests’ requests
Train the front office team
Schedule shifts
Monitor stock and office supplies
Respond to guests’ emails
Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
Requirements
Minimum two years working in a luxury, 5-star hotel
Degree in hospitality management
Fluent in verbal and written English
Microsoft Office proficiency and fidelio
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Strong leadership skills and interpersonal communication skill
