Ioniki Sfoliata S.A.A dynamic food manufacturing company is looking for aHuman Resources Business PartnerIoniki is looking for a highly impactful HR Business Partner, based at our site in Neohorouda - Oreokastro, Thessaloniki.Role Description:Become our brand ambassador and provide the strategic interface between Leaders and Followers. He or she embed a strategic approach to human operations development which will lead to further culture development and organizational design. Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:•Develop, update and implement personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations•Support the COO to deliver the Transformation Plan so we meet our overall objectives•Coach the managers throughout the entire employee life cycle – with focus on handling employee relations •Facilitate effective communication channels between leaders and associates•Maintains personnel files and drafts employment documentation which includes offer letters, change in work -related circumstances and other legally required documentation•Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs•Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits•Participate and present at company induction eventsJob Requirements:•University Degree and/or post-grad qualification in HR or HR related principles in Psychology•Must have two to three (2-3) years relevant experience in similar roles•Team builder with effective communication skills which are clear, fluent, concise, appropriate to the situation and are readily understood by all •Establishes and maintains constructive, open and honest relationships with a wide range of people, achieving positive shared outcomes and sharing feedback•Excellent organizational skills along with a strong attention to detail•Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills•Adopts a flexible and creative approach, redefining problems in the light of information gathered•Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spokenWhat we offer you back:•Competitive Salary •Constant Training and opportunity to get challenged and stretched•Private insurance•A series of company Benefits Please send your CV at [contact removed] You may be asked at some point during the selection process to solve a business case.We are sorry to say but due to high number of CVs received we are only able to answer the successful for the next stages ones.
