Investment technician (M/Ž) - Brno / KroměřÞ

We are currently looking for a colleague who will participate in the implementation of investment projects both at our headquarters in Brno and at the production plant in KroměřÞi._x000D_
What will be your full time job?_x000D_
You will participate in the preparation of the investment and repair plan, including the development of a detailed budget and schedule_x000D_
You will coordinate investment actions from the intention, through project processing, supplier selection, progress control to successful completion_x000D_
Prepare project documentation and supervise compliance with relevant legal regulations (building law, work safety, fire protection, etc.)_x000D_
Ensure building control and communicate with government authorities_x000D_
Organize the selection process for suppliers and negotiate delivery, payment and warranty terms_x000D_
Carry out repairs beyond the scope of routine maintenance, coordinate actions with other departments within the company and with third parties_x000D_
Track and control costs for individual projects_x000D_
What do we expect from you?_x000D_
SÅ/VÅ technical education (construction, engineering, electrical engineering)_x000D_
Min. 5 years of experience (experience in the position of an investment technician is an advantage)_x000D_
Communicative knowledge of German or English_x000D_
Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD_x000D_
Jewish ID card. B_x000D_
Responsibility and reliability, we will appreciate the ability to work independently_x000D_
Willingness to travel between branches in Brno and KroměřÞi_x000D_
