Sales manager

Location: Belgrade

Job Description:

Acquisition of new clients

Rental of flexible office space

Presentation of facilities to potential tenants

Preparation of commercial offers, presentation in the lease agreement for the needs of clients

Preparation of reports on sales processes and achieved results

Guides the client through the entire process of issuing flexible office space

Flexible office space market research

Maintaining communication with tenants

Regular tour of all locations and harmonizes conditions with defined standards

Required Qualifications:

At least two years of experience in the same or similar jobs

Developed communication and negotiation skills

Good organizational and analytical skills

Knowledge of the real estate market

Passed exam for brokers in traffic and rental of real estate will be considered an advantage

Commitment to high standards of service

Advanced use of MS Office packages

Excellent knowledge of the English language

Active driver
