The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Project Manager (Διαχειριστής Έργων)”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the Head of Projects, of the Projects Department, based in Olympiada. Main Responsibilities: · Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with timelines and manage any required changes effectively. · Create a detailed Scope of Work, including all tasks required for project success. · Oversee processes to define and meet technical requirements for project implementation. · Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, estimating activity durations accurately. · Ensure project completion within approved budgets, allocating resources and quantifying activities effectively. · Establish and maintain a quality management system to ensure consistent standards throughout the project lifecycle. · Develop and implement an organizational structure tailored to project requirements. · Provide timely and relevant project information, including preparing performance reports in line with company standards. · Identify, analyze, and address project risks and opportunities systematically. · Manage procurement processes to ensure the timely ordering and delivery of goods, materials, and services. · Coordinate on-site and off-site activities, ensuring seamless integration with construction operations. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Geology. · At least 6 years of experience in project management or supervision. · Strong knowledge of contracts and legal requirements for technical projects. · Leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring junior staff. · Commitment to safety and excellent problem-solving abilities. · Strong communication skills in Greek and English. · Excellent organizational and decision-making skills. · Valid driver’s license.
