Job Description:

The security guard at Grand Slot Club plays a key role in maintaining safety and order in our clubs. The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Monitoring and surveillance of the playing area to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.

Responding to any incidents or untoward situations in a professional and efficient manner.

Providing support to guests and resolving their requests or complaints in a manner that maintains a high level of customer experience.

Implementing access control procedures and ensuring compliance with prescribed rules of conduct in the facility.

Preventing and responding to thefts, fights or other incidents that may threaten the safety of the facility or staff.

Conditions:

Experience working in security, especially in a casino, is desirable, but
