The tasks of our new colleague will be
- supervises and checks the operation of traffic IT systems at the network level,
- if necessary, provides users with assistance in troubleshooting IT problems and in carrying out the correct treatments,
- manages the operational management of emergency situations occurring in IT systems at the network level,
- in the event of emergency situations occurring in IT systems, he continuously cooperates with the main network operator, experts in the field involved in the emergency situation, and colleagues involved in the management of the situation.
What is needed to fill the job role
- higher specialized state education – diploma (primarily transport engineer),
- advanced railway qualification,

You are a general traffic test according to the NFM regulation

Traffic service provider according to the NFM regulation: general traffic test,
- knowledge of railway IT systems,
- 5 years of traffic experience.
