• Minimum 3 years of experience in the stated position._x000D_

• Receipt, implementation and provision of regular services._x000D_
• Complete service records._x000D_
• Receipt, implementation and resolution of complaints within the specified time._x000D_
• Complete records of complaints._x000D_
• Physical assessment and investigation of customer complaints._x000D_
• Planning service and complaints in cooperation with project managers._x000D_
