Duties:
·      Performance of local production and operation tasks, under the leadership of the associated staff. Management support, serving the entire project of the company, so that the defined business goals are realized;
·      Establishment of the production support system, implementation of the defined KPI goals;
·      Planning/checking the staffing and operating budget affecting the production area, training and continuous development of colleagues;
·      Support of customer audits;
·      Assist the project management team and the operations director in various tasks.
Expectations:
·      Higher education (preferably
electrical engineer, automation engineer, chemical engineer, mechanical engineer
);
·      At least 5 years of experience in an industrial field, preferably in the automotive industry;
·      At least 3 years of managerial experience (plant manager, group leader, supervisor).
·      Able to negotiate,
active English
language skills,
·      Strong project management and problem solving skills, leadership skills.
