You will therefore be assigned a "SIK-Buddy" who will help and guide you in your first time at the Swedish Safety Agency, so that you get off to a good start with the tasks. You will also be introduced to all our subject areas in a carefully planned plan with various intro modules. At the Swedish Safety Agency, we are many teams with different core competences, but we all play on the same team and are united in reaching the goal. Therefore, we emphasize that you are proactive and have the will and courage to enter into a broad collaboration across teams, departments and disciplines. Your primary tasks will be: Consulting and preparing legal assessments in relation to health-related legislation. Handling legal issues from both internal and external parties. Contribute to the daily telephone on-call system, to legal support for our supervisors out at the sharp end Participation in interdisciplinary projects and collaboration with other authorities and stakeholders. Contribution to ensuring equal exercise of authority across the Swedish Safety Agency. Duty arrangement at the weekend: A special task that comes with the Prevention Plan is that the Swedish Safety Agency can confiscate illegal E-cigarettes. Here, as a lawyer, you are an important piece if the case has to be brought before the court within 24 hours. Therefore, you must be willing to take part in the performance of this role, which is divided equally between all the team's lawyers. We are looking for you where: Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws. Has a good overview and can convey complex legal knowledge in an understandable way. Is a team player who also thrives on independent tasks. Is flexible and has a positive attitude to participate in shift arrangements. Who are we and what does the value stream do? Health in the National Security Agency The government, together with a number of the other parties in the Folketing, have entered into a political agreement on a prevention plan that will reduce the consumption of alcohol, tobacco and nicotine by children and young people. Therefore, we need new employees with different skills and we are now looking for lawyers for our department.
