Main responsibilities Administering the online sales platform Updating products on the website (adding new products, descriptions, prices, images); Checking the correctness of information (technical details, stocks, prices); Managing product categories (thermal installations, sanitary facilities, thermal plants, etc.); Processing orders; Monitoring orders placed on the website; Validating and preparing orders for delivery; Communicating with logistics equipment for fast shipping of products; Maintaining customer relations; Providing customer support via website chat, email or phone; Answering questions related to products, delivery times, payment methods; Managing complaints and returns; Guiding customers using the website (eg placing an order) Online promotion and marketing Collaborating with the marketing team for promotional campaigns. Discounts, special offers, banners; Updating content according to marketing campaigns; Implementing promotional codes and managing special sales; Requirements: • Previous experience customer relations (preferred, but not required)• Excellent communication and active listening skills• Basic knowledge of heating products is an advantage• Ability to work organized and effectively handle multiple requests simultaneously• Computer and platform knowledge chat/ecommerce Competency criteria: Digital technical knowledge Experience with e-commerce platforms; SEO knowledge (for product and category optimization); Basic software skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace); Familiarity with database and online inventory management Sales skills and customer relations Previous experience in customer relations or sales; Knowledge of products in the field of heating and sanitary installations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organization and attention to detail Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; Accuracy in updating of information; Good prioritization skills; Additional requirements Knowledge of the English language at an average level (for products or international support) Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments (logistics, marketing, accounting) What we offer: • A dynamic and friendly work environment• The possibility to work together with a team professional• Initial training and constant support• Competitive salary and performance bonuses
