Job Description
We have an open Assembly Technician position, which will deal with the assembly of cabinet systems and/or electrical control and switching panels (automations). In this role, you will be responsible for:* Performing the mechanical and electrical assembly of panels and electrical cabinets with the necessary components, according to the material lists and available technical documentation;* Performing the installation of electronic components In control and switching systems according to technical specifications;* Installation of cables, electrical conductors, communication cables and identification labels according to electrical diagrams;* Verification that the equipment and materials used are in accordance with the technical documentation;* Reporting discrepancies in the quality and availability of materials;* Maintenance of production equipment and report their defects so as not to affect the quality of the work; * Resolve quality problems recorded following the testing process; * Study and interpret technical documentation such as plans, electrical diagrams, material lists, diagrams; * Respect assembly standards and procedures, being responsible for the quality of work; * Report problems arising in the assembly process and discuss with the Boss directly using the channels official;* Carrying out the preventive maintenance of the tools and assembly tools provided;* Participating both in the mandatory training for assembly procedures and training, as well as in the specialized and introductory training of new employees;* Keeping the 5S methodology in the workplace; What defines you: A person with good communication skills, which efficiently organizes your work and completes your tasks. For this role, you will need the following knowledge:* Experience in reading electrical diagrams and assembling electrical components in accordance with them;* Vocational school, high school or technical college in the electrotechnical, electromechanical or electrical field.
