BIM ARCHITECT TEAM LEAD
Position Summary:
The Architect Team Lead is responsible for the design and implementation of construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM). This role requires advanced architectural skills and a deep understanding of BIM practices. Furthermore, the “BIM Architect Team Lead” leads a team of BIM professionals in the implementation of successful projects.
DESCRIPTION:
· Design and develop detailed BIM models for construction projects, including architectural drawings, structures, systems and other components.
· Supervise and lead a team of BIM professionals, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and shared understanding of the project.
· Provide training and guidance to the BIM team to ensure they are up to date on the latest BIM technologies and methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED
– Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in the same position. Significant experience in BIM design and BIM project management.
Skills:
· Design skills in the construction sector in the BIM system
· Knowledge of the spoken Italian language + understanding of the written language and writing skills.
· Team management and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Knowledge of BIM regulations and best practices.
