Ensures and is responsible for the ongoing development and optimization of commercial relations with assigned suppliers. Monitors orders and deliveries, offers support in solving identified problems related to lack of goods, delivery delays, price increases. Communicates frequently and proactively with suppliers in order to obtain timely price changes, newly launched products, updated technical documentation, personalized offers. Implements, monitors and analyzes the results of marketing activities. Studies the market in order to develop the business plan and identify opportunities. Ensures assistance to clients and colleagues in identifying the requested products so that the necessary information is available in an optimal time. Ensures technical support and training in use for the assigned medical equipment. Provides technical support to colleagues in the service department, the supply of spare parts and facilitates communication with the supplier in order to identify and solve technical problems. Participates in the creation / development of communication and promotion materials (catalogues, offers, presentation brochures) and is responsible for the quality and correctness of the information entered. Supervises the competition, being responsive to any changes in the market evolution. Translates the technical product documentation into Romanian and takes an interest in any suppliers change that could occur over time. Ensures compliance with safety and quality regulations and standards in the medical industry. Collaborates with doctors and other medical professionals to understand patient needs and develop innovative solutions for medical problems
