Customer Care Team Leader.
About the role:
Cultivate a dynamic team culture that promotes open communication and fosters a strong sense of unity and collaboration.
Lead and support a team of customer care representatives and monitor its performance based on quantitative and qualitative KPIs
Collaboration, coordination, and supervision of team members to achieve production goals
Leading, mentoring, and training the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
Time handling and continuous motivation of team members
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a contact center as a Team Leader, preferably in the energy sector
Very Good Knowledge of MS Office with emphasis in CRM systems
Excellent knowledge of the English language
