Job Description:
We are looking
Laundry Workers to join our team and undertake the process of washing and caring for hotel linens, ensuring cleanliness. Candidates will be responsible for the operation of the laundry, as well as monitoring the quality of the laundry processes according to the hotel's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Washing, ironing and care of linen, towels etc. according to hotel standards.
Monitoring the correct operation of washing machines and machines, carrying out regular checks.
Handle detergents and other chemicals safely and according to instructions.
Sorting and storing clean materials in properly designed areas, ensuring their easy access.
Ensuring linens and materials meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
Cooperation with the rest of the hotel team for immediate and correct customer service
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar position or in a laundry environment (hotels or other large facilities) will be appreciated.
Knowledge of using washers and cleaning equipment (eg, dryers, irons).
Familiarity with the correct use of chemical products and detergents.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high workload environment.
Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for the quality and cleanliness of linens and materials.
Skills and experience:
Ability to maintain order and cleanliness in the laundry area.
Flexibility in communication and cooperation with the rest of the hotel team.
Ability to identify equipment problems and address them promptly.
Ability to work flexibly for emergencies.
