Job Description
Hotel Diplomat is looking for an employee for the position of Waiter.
Job description:
• Greeting guests and escorting them to their table
• Presentation of the restaurant's menu and special offers, give a recommendation on request
• Answering questions about the menu (about portions, ingredients, potential food allergies)
• Setting and arranging tables (checking the cleanliness of cutlery, plates, glasses)
• Communicating order details to kitchen staff
• Serving food and drinks to guests
• Delivery of invoices and collection of services
• Unpacking and cleaning tables
• Preparation of hot and cold drinks
• Maintaining orderliness and hygiene, compliance with all health and hygiene regulations
• Ensuring excellent guest service
• Presentation of special premium products
