Job Description:

It provides information to clients about the types and forms of products and services from the Bank's current offer, as well as the conditions for approving all types of placements (all types of loans, discount bills, issuance of guarantees, validation of bills and other forms of guarantees) and the necessary documentation, and informs clients of the Bank's general business conditions;

Identifies and undertakes the necessary activities to assess the needs of existing and acquire potential clients through their tours and presentation of banking products and services;

Works on constant maintenance and improvement of more complex business relationships with clients;

Proactively advises and consults clients, explaining the types of financial services available and potential risks;

In cooperation with competent managers, makes non-binding offers and sends them to clients;

Receives, registers and controls requests and documentation from the point of view of essential, formal and legal correctness, completes the documentation necessary for considering requests and making decisions about them, and during the placement, supplements and updates client files and monitors the fulfillment of obligations from contracts concluded with clients;

He works on creating records and reports on the conversation with the client, the visit to the client, the meeting held, etc.;

Performs identification of clients, collection and verification of documents related to the opening of client accounts in the Bank;

Performs processing and analysis of clients' business in order to determine creditworthiness, possible borrowing, client classification and placement;

Informs the client about the decision made, organizes the signing of contracts with clients and the receipt of security instruments in cooperation with the competent manager;

Creates and delivers non-binding offers for the term of funds, as well as the term of free foreign currency and dinar funds of clients;

Identifies opportunities for increasing product profitability, opening new capacities and reducing costs;

Recognizes potential new business opportunities and proposes them to the responsible manager;

Performs required sales and customer support activities to meet customer needs and maintain overall service standards;

Follows security and protection procedures and, in accordance with the Bank's procedures and policies, monitors the activities of clients on the account regarding all existing or potential risks of fraud, non-compliance, money laundering and other potential events that represent a violation of the Bank's internal regulations;

Forms and actively monitors the credit portfolio of clients for which he is in charge;

Creates a financial analysis of the client based on the submitted financial statements (and other standard documentation necessary for the same), both for the client itself and on the basis of consolidated financial statements;

Monitors business activities of clients and business cooperation with the Bank; 

Works on identifying warning signals that can influence the development of negative tendencies from the point of view of business results and clients' ability to service obligations and reports to competent managers;

Regularly monitors business operations and checks compliance
the nature of the client's activities with the nature of the business relationship and the usual scope and type of the client's business;

Notifies the Department for Prevention of Money Laundering in case of suspicion of money laundering and financing of terrorism;

It assesses the riskiness of the party, (determines the risk category from the point of view of money laundering and terrorist financing) when establishing a business relationship, as well as during the duration of the business relationship.
