Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating and Maintaining Reports:
Creation and maintenance of reports that meet the needs of the company. This includes shaping the company's reporting and updating it according to the company's requirements.
Analysis of New Reporting Needs
: Analysis of the new needs in the field of reporting arising from the daily processes and development of new reports according to these needs.
Reference Documentation:
Document new and existing reports to ensure their effective use and understanding by users.
Collaboration in New Projects:
Cooperation with other departments of the company in the implementation of new projects involving the Analytics & Operations department, in order to ensure the smooth integration and efficient operation of the reference systems.
Data Management:
Managing business data to ensure its accuracy, reliability and availability for analysis and reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a field such as IT, business administration, economics is required. In addition, experience in business process analysis or in technical environments is usually necessary.
Analytical Skills:
The Business Analyst must be able to analyze complex processes and problems, as well as identify business needs and requirements.
Understanding Business Needs:
Ability to understand business goals and needs and translate them into technical solutions is required.
Project Management:
An understanding of the basic principles and methods of project management, such as Agile or Waterfall, is also important.
Familiarity with Analysis Tools:
Knowledge of business process analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart may be required.
Data Management:
Recognizing the importance of data in decision-making and managing it for analysis and reporting.
Understanding Business Processes:
Familiarity with business operations and processes to be able to propose improvements and adapt technical solutions.
Ability to Prioritize:
Ability to manage multiple demands and situations simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Willingness for continuous training and development in new technologies and methods of business process analysis is necessary for the successful performance of his duties.
