Updating the information regarding product orders in the database Creating the necessary documentation for the reception of the goods from suppliers/customers Registering the goods notices to the customer Completing and monitoring the contracts concluded with the company's partners (customers, local suppliers) and complying with the contractual provisions from a financial-accounting and administrative point of view Offering consultancy and support to customers in order to optimize operational processes. Operating in the IT system changes for orders (quantity supplements, item changes, order cancellations, reorders) Verification, follow-up and preparation of general orders, their validation based on receipts Maintaining the connection with the departments involved in the process of sale and delivery of products in order to update specific documents Carrying out specific analyzes and reports according to the requests of the superiors. The work point is at the Agrii warehouse in Galati county: Vanatori village, Vanatori commune, T63, P4. Work schedule: 08:00 - 16:00; monday-friday.
