In order to improve our operational processes, we are looking for a responsible and meticulous person for administrative support in sales and procurement at our wholesale in Višnjica (lines 32, 32E).

Job description

Entering and updating data in the system (articles, prices, documentation)

Order processing and delivery tracking

Communication with suppliers and customers

Preparation and archiving of supporting documentation

Assistance in logistical and administrative tasks related to procurement and sales

Candidate profile

  Experience in administration, procurement or sales preferred

  Good organization and ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously

  Attention to detail and precision in working with documentation

  Knowledge of working in Excel and similar tools

  Knowledge of the English language is desirable
