Come and learn more about what could be YOUR big opportunity As a Civil Construction Technician, you will join a young organization with deep roots in the Portuguese real estate market, having designed more than 50 projects in Portugal. Where will you work? The headquarters are on Avenida da Liberdade, however, you must be available to travel to other parts of Lisbon in order to carry out maintenance in the condominiums. What will be your main responsibilities? Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities defined in apartments and offices; Rehabilitation and maintenance works in apartments and offices; Preparation and activation of properties for commercialization; Maintain adequate operating conditions for the various equipment; Assembly and installation of furniture. What do you need to have to be part of this team? 12th year of schooling; Proven experience in civil works (minimum 2 years); Technical knowledge in hydraulics and electrical (preferred); Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance; Ability to organize and plan, ease of communication and careful presentation; Flexible, proactive, with initiative and team spirit; Availability to work rotating schedules and shifts; Driver's license, as you will be moving around the various condominiums.
