Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls:
You will be responsible for accurately documenting essential information for each call, ensuring that all details are properly recorded for effective follow-up and resolution.

Address and resolve issues:
Work closely with relevant departments or field units to address and resolve any issues that arise, providing timely and effective solutions.

Provide responses to inquiries related to products and deliveries:
Offer detailed and accurate information to customers and stakeholders regarding our services and delivery schedules.

Supervise the routes and status of field units:
Monitor the daily schedules and status of field units to ensure optimal efficiency and timely service delivery, making adjustments as needed.

Foster daily communication with drivers:
Establish and nurture personal relationships with drivers, providing ongoing support and ensuring they have all necessary information for their routes.

Initiate calls to shippers and receivers:
Verify pick-up and delivery appointments to confirm schedules and address any potential issues, ensuring smooth coordination between all parties.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of dispatch experience:
We highly value candidates with established accounts and contacts within the industry, as this can greatly enhance our operations.

Experience in a transportation company:
Ideally, candidates should have over one consecutive year of experience in a transportation company, providing a deep understanding of the industry’s unique challenges and dynamics.

Proficient in both written and verbal English:
