Line coach operator

Do you like physical work and are you not intimidated by working between vehicles? Then we are waiting for you to join our team as a train operator, and if you successfully establish yourself as a train operator, there is a good chance that you will become a reversing manager in the ranks of MÁV Pályamöközödtesi Zrt.
The tasks of our new colleague will be
- making vehicle connections, assembling trains (according to car composition)
- for reversing, setting the on-site shifter according to the order of the reversing manager
- giving a signal during reversing, checking the reversing area
What is needed to fill the job role
- secondary education (skilled worker/vocational school/vocational secondary school)
- medical fitness
- physical endurance
The candidate must acquire the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to fill the position. Employees who successfully pass the official exams on the first exam occasion can receive a one-time allowance of up to HUF 65,000 gross.
What we recommend
Salary during the course (provided by the employer) required to fill the position:
- Br. HUF 344,700 + benefits package
After successful completion of the course, the salary may be supplemented with allowances depending on the place of service and work experience.
The benefit package includes:
- SZÉP card benefit (according to the current internal regulations)
- loyalty bonus at the end of the year (according to the current internal regulations)
- a voluntary pension fund contribution equal to 4% of the monthly gross basic salary
- a monthly net voluntary health fund membership fee contribution of HUF 4,000
The above benefits are paid in proportion to the working days worked in the calendar year.
