Winning PS - construction company s.r.o. is looking for a new colleague for the position: Construction production manager for Brno_x000D_

you will be part of the entire construction implementation process, from taking over the order from the business section to economic evaluation and handing over the building to the investor_x000D_
you will ensure demand management of construction commodities and subcontractors and their evaluation_x000D_
you will negotiate prices and business terms with subcontractors, you will also consult with them about technical terms and parameters_x000D_
you will be responsible for the agenda of orders and contracts for work, including their conclusion_x000D_
you provide a "back office" for the company's construction projects, you register qualified suppliers_x000D_
you communicate with investor representatives and designers, you are responsible for change management_x000D_
you cooperate with the project manager on order economics and invoicing_x000D_
you cooperate on the presentation of buildings after completion_x000D_

SÅ or VÅ education in construction_x000D_
