Agent for the sale of apartments in new construction

Place of work: Kragujevac

Required qualities and qualifications:

·         VII degree of professional education 

·         Knowledge of working on a computer with the MS Office suite of programs

·         Knowledge of the English language

·         Responsibility, motivation and taking initiative

·         Ambition

·         Positive approach to work and commitment to common goals

Responsibilities:

·         Active participation in the sales process of apartments in new construction through all its stages (from the first call of the client, through the verification of sales contracts and the handover of the apartment)

·         Written and oral communication with existing and potential clients

·         Holding presentations of offered real estate

·         Organization and management of negotiations between buyers and sellers

·         Preparation of offers and negotiation with clients

·         Sales software update (data on new clients, as well as changes related to existing clients, etc.)

·         Real estate market monitoring and trend analysis

·         Cooperation with the legal team regarding the preparation of the contract
