Fleet Agent.
Position Summary
The Fleet Agent will be responsible for maintaining the fleet of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing tasks related to inspections, handling damage and coordinating cleanings. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations and providing a positive customer experience.
Main Tasks:
Vehicle Maintenance:
Conducting routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards
Coordinating necessary repairs or services with the maintenance team.
Inspection of vehicles for existing or new damage before and after rentals.
Documenting and reporting injuries accurately according to company policies.
Transporting vehicles to and from wash facilities or cleaning areas
Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and prepared for future rentals.
Delivery of Vehicles to Customers:
Presenting vehicles to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Helping customers to understand the operation of the vehicle, if necessary.
Ensuring that vehicles are organized and parked in designated areas.
Maintaining accurate records of vehicle availability and condition.
Collaborating with the operations team to optimize fleet utilization and availability.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance or a similar field is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving and inspecting vehicles.
Valid driver's license.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is an advantage.
