Your new position
Procurement tasks in the preparation of execution
Quantitative control based on plans, clarification of issues related to technical content
Competition, evaluation of subcontractors, preparation of price lists, benchmarking
Evaluation and prequalification of suppliers, search for alternative suppliers
Keeping procurement schedules up to date
Professional preparation of contracts and their amendments
Participation in price negotiations, monitoring of costs
Evaluating the work of manufacturers and suppliers, obtaining quality certificates
What you need to succeed
At least 3 years of experience in the preparation of high-rise construction projects
Relevant specialist or higher education
Strong MS Office skills
An intermediate level of English is an advantage
