The role involves leading and coordinating the team of B2B salespeople active in promoting products and services to corporate customers, with the aim of achieving the sales target and will report to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities of the role:
· Defining the goals and responsibilities of the sales team in collaboration with the Sales Manager, to whom he will report
· Training and ongoing coaching
· Daily target monitoring, regular evaluation and communication with the team in order to achieve the sales target
· Enliven and motivate salespeople by creating a culture of success by giving them the right incentives and the right directions
· Monitor competition and market trends
Required Qualifications:
· Work experience of at least two (2) years in team management in the field of sales
· Degree in Business Administration or equivalent will be considered
· Ability to solve problems, critical thinking, flexibility
· Commitment to achieving goals and administrative ability
· Very good H/Y knowledge
· Very good knowledge of the English language
