To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning solutions across various industries. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to create innovative AI-powered use cases, using your expertise to solve complex problems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to impactful solutions that address real-world challenges, helping us deliver transformative AI solutions. Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns, providing actionable insights Implement ML models end-to-end, from training and fine-tuning to deployment Design and execute large-scale experiments, analyzing results to evaluate different approaches Monitor and manage the lifecycle of deployed models, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of ML researchers, data engineers, and software developers to deliver scalable AI solutions Communicate findings, insights, and technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical team members Understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions Requirements University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, SQL and NumPy Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn Familiarity with reinforcement learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or time series analysis/forecasting Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have: Experience with GenAI applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent systems Proficiency with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and Hugging Face Experience with voicebot/chatbot development for self-care customer support Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS) Domain expertise in Telecommunications, IoT, Utilities, Sustainability, Finance, or Insurance is a plus Benefits INTRACOM TELECOM offers an excellent working environment that fosters team spirit, collaboration, and continuous learning.
