Equipment Manager
we are looking for a colleague who will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and optimization of factory equipment. If you have a strong technical background, management skills and expertise, then you belong with us!
Tasks
Supervision of the entire equipment implementation process, management of engineers, preparation of regular reports
Evaluation of key equipment technologies and parameters
Analysis and resolution of major machine faults, ensuring uninterrupted production
Proposal of large-scale maintenance and development plans, spare parts budget planning
Develop maintenance plans to increase efficiency
Monitoring the operational status of the equipment, process optimization
Review and update safety operating procedures and maintenance manuals
Organization of on-site supervision, verification of supervision reports, management of key issues
Development of standardized processes and safety regulations
Carrying out regular security checks, quickly eliminating sources of danger
Expectations
Degree in mechanical engineering, automation or a similar field
5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance and management
Team and project management experience
Proficiency in IATF16949/VDA6.3 quality management systems
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
An advantage
Knowledge of machines and processes related to battery production
