Development engineer (GSM-R operation)

The tasks of our new colleague will be
- Management and execution of central operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and troubleshooting of GSM-R core network and radio communication equipment of Kontron, Nokia and other manufacturers,
- organizing and carrying out the technical preparation and operative central background support of change management, preventive maintenance, planned operation and development activities,
- cooperation with external system support for remote and on-site troubleshooting, installation of software repairs and updates in equipment,
- performing measurements with radio measuring devices, evaluating measurements, performing GSM-R radio network functional tests,
- inspection of core and radio communication sites built in projects related to his field of expertise, and participation in handover processes in connection with project implementation,
- keeping technical records related to your field of expertise, performing data management tasks,
- preparation of documentation, measurement reports, test materials, technical analyses, reports, proposals relating to your field of expertise,
- planning, coordination and supervision of repair, maintenance, renovation, investment, construction, demolition and scrapping works related to its field of expertise,
- maintaining contact with the decision-makers and operators of MÁV Pályamöközödtesi Zrt., as well as with the relevant external parties,
- participation in project tasks,
- participation in the operation of a priority railway line.
What is needed to fill the job role
- advanced specialized education - diploma (electrical engineer, IT engineer, mechanical engineer, plant engineer),
- higher level - prescribed for the specialized field - railway specialist exam (to obtain which the employer provides training in addition to payment of wages),

simplified traffic: telecommunications professional service railway company exam according to the NFM decree (to obtain which the employer provides training in addition to payment of wages),
- knowledge of applicable laws, standards, regulations and internal instructions affecting your field of expertise,
- user-level knowledge of office and IT applications,
- at least 5 years of professional experience.
