The tasks of our new colleague will be
- replaces, repairs and maintains steel structures
- builds and repairs concrete and reinforced concrete structures, carries out their surface protection
- replaces missing elements of stone and brick structures
- grouts and injects cracks in masonry
- prepares, re-lays and replaces the stone and sheet coverings, as well as their missing elements
- replaces and maintains wooden structures, replaces bridge beams
What is needed to fill the job role
- secondary state education (with iron industry qualification)
- secondary railway qualification: bridge inspector, bridge foreman
