The Mitsis Group offers new jobs in its hotels in Kos:Host/Hostess - KOSArea: KosEmployment Type: Seasonal/FullRef: HO/ HOSTK Purpose As a Hostess/Host, you will be responsible for welcoming and serving customers with professionalism and courtesy, managing reservations, as well as ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your space in accordance with MITSIS Group Operating Standards (SOPs). In addition, you will work with other teams to prepare the space before and after service, manage special customer requests and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Responsibilities Implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adheres to Group regulations, Health & Safety rules. Greets and settles customers at the table, manages the reservation list and greets customers, investigating their satisfaction. Ensures the cleanliness and organization of his/her position, reporting any damages or damages in his/her area of responsibility. Participates in the realization of special customer requests, in the daily preparation and closing of the restaurant, in the placement of buffet signs in collaboration with the Chef, in the annual inventory and in the start/end of the department's operation. Necessary Qualifications: Tourism trainingExperience 3 years min in equivalent position, ideally in a 5* hotel environment Excellent knowledge of English Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an additional qualification human-centered approach and respect for the environment and society.
