Do you want to work for an international company in a growing company and be a key person for building and technical infrastructure management? We are looking for a Facility Engineer who will take care of the operation, maintenance and security of our premises!_x000D_
You will be responsible for the management of buildings and adjacent land, including the maintenance and operation of energy distribution, electrical installations and switchboards. Part of your duties will be planning and carrying out regular revisions of equipment and technologies. You will ensure the smooth operation of cleaning services for office and production premises, and you will be in charge of organizing security, managing the camera system and securing the facility. You will coordinate repairs and maintenance of buildings, prepare documents for the investment budget and evaluate emergency plans and risks associated with the operation of the facilities._x000D_

- experience in a similar position (building management technician, facility manager)_x000D_
- knowledge of building energy systems is an advantage_x000D_
- ability to prepare investment documents, emergency plans and communicate with suppliers_x000D_
- orientation in drawing documentation
