Engineer in the Packaging department

Expectations: University graduate - Food Industry, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering Over 3 years of experience in packaging design and development, in a similar role (engineering level) English - advanced level, written and spoken Production planning: production (paper, plastic industry), packaging development Ability to take decision and analysis skills Communication and coordination skills Innovative person, results and performance oriented, able to work in a team Knowledge of materials (plastic, paper) Knowledge of design principles and software such as AutoCAD or other similar applications.Tasks: New product development; Projects quality – improving the quality of existing products; Cost reduction projects – dimensions, use of new materials, paper/plastic; Development and implementation of packaging solutions to meet company, regulatory and customer requirements; Identification, evaluation and selection of materials, machinery and the ideal packaging equipmentReducing packaging costs and improving the efficiency of the product packaging processMonitoring trends and innovations in the industry to stay abreast of the best practices and technologies in the field of packagingDesigning packaging solutions that protect and preserve products during transportation, storage and handling; Carrying out feasibility studies to determine the suitability of packaging solutions for specific products Analyzing data and research to improve the packaging process and implementing relevant solutions Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and guidelines for product packaging within the company Ensuring consistency and packaging quality throughout the organization What do we offer?
