At HumanTrust, we are experts in matching employees and companies throughout Denmark - on both a professional and human level. Every day we work dedicatedly to ensure that this particular approach leaves its mark in the recruitment industry.
This opportunity is for you who would like to have a look behind the scenes of recruitment and gain insight into the Danish business world, while you try your hand at the communication discipline from A to Z. You get a great deal of say over your specific tasks. It depends on your skills and interests - but we imagine that it is a mix of these tasks:

Prepare job advertisements, recruitment basis and handouts
Make year wheels and write posts for LinkedIn
Optimize and send newsletter
Writing customer cases
Prepare sales materials, e.g. Powerpoints
Develop and maintain IT systems
Search for candidates on LinkedIn
Ad hoc tasks - in the back office we help with receiving guests, making coffee etc.

Don't know all the disciplines beforehand? No problem! We make sure that you get plenty of sparring and hands-on experience.
Your permanent base will be at the office in Aarhus (referred to more closely as Tilst, but don't worry – there are both good cycle paths and bus connections out here), but there is also a space available for you at our Horsens office. You report to our CEO, Steen Ejlertsen, and as part of our back office you will work closely with all your 12 new colleagues.
Do you love communication as much as we love matching people?
We are proud to have shared our knowledge of recruitment and job hunting for almost 12 years, and we would like your help to further develop the effort. Therefore, we will be happy if you write fluently, catchily and flawlessly - and that you understand the importance of adapting the tone of language, media and content to the target group.
You want to work with social media and want to gain an insight into the recruitment industry. And most importantly, you are hungry to learn more about the communication profession in practice and have a service-minded approach. Your education naturally has roots in communication, marketing or journalism.
Do you know what a Business Controller in an energy company in Southern Denmark does? After the internship period with us, you do - and you even wrote the ad yourself and helped find the person who will be hired.

Are you our new intern?
We imagine that you can start your internship in August/September and until December. The internship is 37 hours a week, and we offer a monthly subsidy of DKK 3,000 per month on top of your SU – plus barista coffee, soft drinks, table football, a Friday bar every now and then and other social events.

We are lucky enough that things are going well, so you can possibly get a jumpstart with us as a student assistant before your internship begins.
