Technical operations coordinator

What will your task be?
Planning, implementation support and follow-up of small- and large-volume facility operation projects.
Planning and organization of renovations and minor repairs, scheduling and coordination of maintenance in service facilities.
Management of procurement and service provider selection processes related to the position: compilation of technical content, coordination of surveys, organization of negotiations, preparation of related contracts.
Conducting (indirect) purchases not related to production (technical / technical equipment, office furniture, etc.)
Up-to-date management of records and accounts related to work processes.
Administration of orders, receipt of incoming devices.
Personal and telephone contact with employees and external partners.
The ideal candidate has:
With a higher technical degree (Technical Manager).
Active with B2 level English language skills, spoken and written.
With user-level knowledge of MS Office programs.
Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and rule-following behavior.
