Operational Resilience Manager - Basingstoke, £75,000 - £85,000 + bonusRobert Half are working with a well known and prestigious brand in Basingstoke on the recruitment of an Operational Resilience Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Operational Resilience professionals that have experience of working in regulated/fast paced environments.This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the Basingstoke office.Required experienceExtensive knowledge of operational resilience and experience of developing - implementing policies, frameworks and methodologies.Practical hands on experience in operational resilience, business continuity and crisis management.Implementation and the development and delivery of scenario testing and plan exercising.A good understanding of IT related resiliency and their significance to the business.Strong knowledge of the Operational Resilience regulations and wider regulatory agenda.Experience of working in a regulated environment eg Financial Conduct Authoritystrong understanding of various control frameworks and regulatory requirements, industry standards, best practices/frameworks.Role overview/dutiesExecution of BAU plans applying methodologies for the for business services, impact tolerances, scenario testing and resilience assessments.Support the delivery of the OR strategy, maturing the Target Operating Model and governance structures for Operational Resilience.Adapt and evolve existing operational resilience plans and processes.Lead on the strategic direction for the Crisis Management and Business Continuity frameworks.Oversight, monitoring and reporting on Business Continuity activities.Operational Resilience Manager - Basingstoke, £75,000 - £85,000 + bonusRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
