Quality BPO

Your main objective will be: Managing, optimizing and monitoring quality assurance processes, to guarantee that the organization's products and services meet the highest quality standards, applicable regulations and customer requirements. Your challenges will be: Overseeing production and delivery processes to ensure that quality standards are met at each stage; Measuring the main performance indicators for quality (e.g. defect rate, quality costs, customer satisfaction); Coordination and implementation of projects aimed at improving quality performance throughout the organization; Providing continuous training to the teams involved in management quality, including training on quality regulations, methodologies and tools; Ensures that the organization meets the necessary requirements for relevant certifications (eg GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) and coordinates the audit process for obtaining and maintaining regularly reports to management and stakeholders on quality performance, including analysis of key performance indicators and other relevant parameters.
