Job Description
Job Description Do you have experience in reading and designing construction projects? Do you work in the pre-construction and construction preparation phase? Then this project is for you! We are looking for an essential professional in the construction sector, who works in the initial phase of projects and who has knowledge in reading and interpreting projects, planning and construction logistics. Main Responsibilities: - Prepare and draw plans to support the project and work, using computer design programs, in accordance with the project and topographic survey carried out; - Check for possible incompatibilities in architecture, structure and specialties in the interconnection between project elements and distribute the drawings to the respective construction management team; - Monitor the progress of the work, verifying compliance with technical specifications and carrying out the necessary revisions, providing the design elements requested by the different areas, by carrying out checks, updates and corrections to the project dossier, carrying out documentary control of the described parts, incorporating changes and organizing the drawings through the different stages of the project; - Digitize and classify project documents in a digital process management system and train the construction team in its use; - Construction, whenever appropriate, of BIM models of parts of the project (or the whole) as well as rendering, virtual simulations, in order to guarantee the detection of incompatibilities and greater communication on site; - Participate in the preparation of the strategic execution plan and the operational strategic plan; - Monitoring and inspection of Quality and Safety processes, ensuring the principles and procedures of the Quality, Environment and Safety System Requirements: - Academic Training: 12th Year (mandatory); - Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the area; - Technical knowledge in the area; - Results orientation and high time management skills; - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; - Strategic Thinking.
