Leasing manager

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Leasing Manager to join our team and contribute to the further development of the company.

Responsibilities:

Finding tenants for our portfolio and the properties we own

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners

Market analysis and identification of new business opportunities

Preparation and presentation of offers

Negotiations on terms with existing and potential clients

Coordination of internal goals in order to realize jobs

Monitoring and management of risks related to the lease

Cooperation on drafting and revision of contracts

Development and implementation of marketing activities

Reporting to management on market results and trends

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions

Excellent knowledge of real estate and leasing market

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

High level of professionalism and responsibility

Excellent command of the English language

Advanced knowledge of MS Office packages
